Shipping

Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice within Switzerland, whether residential or PO box, via Swiss Post within 3-5 business days.

 

In the event that partial deliveries are necessary, we reserve the right to do so.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Please check the contents of your parcel as soon as you receive it to ensure that you have received all of the items you ordered and that they are in perfect condition. Should you have any issues, please let us know within five days of receiving your order.

 

Please note that we use natural stones and pearls in our jewelry. Due to the potential scarcity of these natural resources, there may be occasional delays in shipping.
